Coffee Cup Editor
Coffee Cup provides some first class software for creating websites. I have been using HTML Editor and find it to be great for coding.
Recommended for those capable of HTML coding. Does have a WYSIWYG interface which I haven't used but I expect it would be as good as any.
Internet Security
It is important that you use one of the Internet Security Suites to control the way you inteface with the Internet.
I use Zone Alarm but all the major brands work well. It is just a matter of preference.
